At MDB Staffing we have certified bartenders, servers and culinary professionals who all have either:
T.I.P.S or Serve Safe Alcohol Awareness Certifications. We also have as part of our management team a licensed instructor approved by The Department of Education by the state of Massachusetts who is not only certified to teach alcohol awareness programs for certifications, but is also a proctor who can administer testing on site.
At MDB Staffing all of our bartending professionals must pass a beverage certification test along with the standard references check and possibly and onsite mixology knowledge test to measure speed and accuracy behind the bar. After the candidate has been hired we provide a thorough orientation and do evaluations quarterly based on field reports given by our clients and event managers.
At MDB Staffing we provide our staff with timesheets and reporting criteria at
each assignment. We are “Scheduling Experts!” We also handle all of the logistical and
organizational details needed and necessary to put on “The Ultimate Cocktail Party” or beverage experience for our clients.
